I. Workstation Introduction

Sinosteel Xingtai Machinery Roll Co., Ltd. post-doctoral workstation was approved by the Ministry of Personnel in October 2003. The company was founded in 1958 with total assets of 5.2 billion yuan. After nearly 60 years of development and construction, it has become the world's largest metallurgical roll professional R & D and manufacturing enterprise with the largest production and sales scale, the strongest scientific research strength, and the highest market share. The global roll market share is over 20%, the domestic roll market share is 50%, and the high-end roll market share is over 70%. The company has produced nearly 500,000 rolls of various types and over 6 billion tons of various types of steel rolled with Xingji rolls, which has made important contributions to the construction and development of China and the world economy.

Second, post-doctoral research projects

1.Research on the mechanism of roller roughness maintenance and grinding performance

Project objectives and content:

Establish a reasonable test environment, observe the surface roughness changes of cold rolled work rolls and hot rolled work rolls of different materials under their respective service conditions, and study various factors affecting the ability to maintain the roughness.

Research the detection methods and test methods of roughness retention ability, select typical roll material samples, and conduct research on different roughness retention ability.

The influence of various factors such as chemical elements, hardness, microstructure, and surface treatment on the ability to maintain roughness was studied.

2. Study on deformation heat treatment of tool steel

Project objectives and content:

Research on heating uniformity, uniformity of forging deformation process and its influence on microstructure, to achieve the purpose of deformation heat treatment, thereby saving pre-heat treatment or high temperature solidification links, shortening the manufacturing cycle, and achieving short processes.

3. Application of boron element in roll steel

Project objectives and content:

(1) Research on the application of boron as a modifier in the working layer of rolls with wear-resistant and heat-resistant materials.

(2) The existence form of boron element in the roll material and its influence on the roll structure, roll performance and roll critical cooling rate.

4. Development of special software for numerical simulation of composite casting technology

Project objectives and content:

(1) Investigate the metal forming process of centrifugal pouring and compound pouring, and simulate the cooling process after pouring.

(2) Simulate the outer layer spreading and core filling process in the centrifugal casting process to achieve the anti-corrosion control reproduction.

(3) Simulate the core filling process of the composite pouring process to realize the actual pouring state reproduction and simulate the production by adjusting the parameters.

5. Development of special software for numerical simulation of induction heating and quenching

Project objectives and content:

According to the principle of induction hardening, special software for numerical simulation of induction hardening is developed. By adjusting parameter simulation, the induction hardening simulation function is realized.

3. Recruitment conditions and treatment

High-level talents with doctorate degrees mainly in metallurgy, metal materials and other majors. The salary, social insurance and other benefits shall be implemented with reference to the relevant postdoctoral regulations of the Ministry of Personnel and the Personnel Department of Hebei Province, or shall be negotiated.
